Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jelilive, accessing the platform through the website or mobile app, or using any service provided by jelilive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. jelilive reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. To open and maintain a jelilive account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Each person may hold only one jelilive account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or discovered through verification — will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited in line with our fair use policy.

The jelilive wallet operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds deposited into your wallet are held for game play on the platform. No interest is accrued on wallet balances.

Deposits are credited to your wallet once confirmed by the payment system. Processing times depend on the method used. If a deposit is not reflected after the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet linked to your jelilive account. To initiate a withdrawal:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold shown in the Wallet section.
• Your withdrawal destination (bank account or e-wallet) must be registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

jelilive reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending additional verification if unusual account activity is detected, or if a review is triggered under our security or fair use procedures.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jelilive — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or section. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jelilive platform:

jelilive does not guarantee the continuation of any promotional offer beyond its stated period, and reserves the right to modify or withdraw ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.

Account Suspension and Closure

jelilive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false registration information or failure to pass KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised account access.
• A player's own request to close their account or self-exclude from the platform.
• Inactivity over an extended period as defined in our account management policy.

On account closure, any remaining eligible wallet balance (net of any forfeited bonuses or under-review funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding review. The timeline for this will depend on the reason for closure.
